Editorial
I love music ! It cheers me up when I feel down, it gives me a lot of energy when I need to work hard and I have to admit (a secret between you and me) that I love singing out loud to some songs when I am on my own in my car (no, not in my shower, as walls have ears in France, did you know?)!!! For the last issue of the year, I am happy to promote some bands and I am delighted to see that the places where concerts are held get really busy all the time. The organisers do a great job as well as the musicians. Whether professionals or amateurs, entertaining people and giving them emotion through music or drama is just fantastic ! It is just like a “donation of happiness”. Those who gives good energy and emotion can only be beloved… can’t they ?
In this issue, everything is about happiness and love : Christmas time, St Valentine’s, gifts, music, wine and a lot of entertainment in the area despite the cold season approaching. We are a bit sad though to say good-bye to Joëlle and Serge at Le Goût des Arts who have to close down at the end of December. They will move back to Paris where they also have some activities. I remember that they opened this “salle de spectacle” five years ago at the same time we created Le Forty-Six. Yes, it has been five years now ! Thank you to all the advertisers who support the magazine (it benefits from no grants), to the journalists who do such a great job, to John and Sébastien for their recent help in promoting the magazine, and to you, readers, who are always very faithful ! Bonne fêtes, Bonne année et Bonne santé !!!
